Cheers is easy to spot from Medina Road: the letters, the neon, picnic tables out front. Behind the door, a coral wall carries a Cheers mug mural over live-edge wood tables, and a dark wood bar runs bottles and screens along one side of the room.
The room has a wood bar, high-tops, and dining tables under a pressed-tin ceiling and a chandelier. A ketchup caddy on the table is part of the same picture as the mug mural.
Shareables run $8 to $10. Wings are $9 or $17 depending on the count. Signature burgers are $12 to $15 with crispy fries. Bowls, sandwiches, paninis and salads are on the wider list if the table wants something besides a bun. An Impossible patty is $2 more on a burger. A gluten-free bun is $1 more.
Happy Hour · Mon–Fri 2–6 is $2 off indicated items and 50¢ off domestics. Outside that window the bar still pours; ask the bartender what's on tap.

A first visit can start with Lettuce Wraps, Nachos, or the Cheers Melt with crispy fries. House salad and Caesar are on the list for greens. Whitey's chili is there too. Sides include fries, tots, sweet potato fries, street corn, three-cheese mac, and sauteed broccoli.
It is the Montrose bar where the letters are visible from the road, the mural is on the wall, and the menu has a burger, a wing, and something to share.
